and - the Klondike is not Just gold mining!
It's Mountain Biking, Trekking and Quadding Too!
Pan or sluice for gold, then take a break and hike, bike, quad or drive old Gold Field trails for hilltop views
of mountain scenery. Explore 1898 Gold Rush cabins and ghost towns; view wildlife or just relax and
listen to the song birds within the background of a flowing creek. Avoid the crowds and stay with us, just a
45 minute drive from Dawson City, through modern and historic mining country.
Adventure Holiday and Family Fun in Yukon, Canada!
This is a fun adventure holiday for yourself or the whole family, where you are on your
own to dig and search for gold along 1150 meters (3800 feet) of gold bearing creek valley. We
cannot guarantee you will find gold, but we will show you how. Most people find gold within the
first one or two pans. All the gold you find is yours to keep!
Your Hosts, Morris and Sandy George,
are Yukoners with many years of wilderness experience and gold mining history. We live at the camp
during the summer season for your assistance and personalized gold panning instruction.
Wall Tent Camping!
Whether you are panning for gold or just want a quiet place to camp - stay in our comfortable yet authentic kitchenette style wall tents. Enjoy the quiet wilderness setting, yet be only
a 45 minute drive from Dawson City. You are mining and camping on the very location where Sourdoughs lived
and mined for gold in 1898. Take a step back in time and experience life as they lived it. | Accommodations |
